Welcome to Own Your Health

Let’s Make Positive Changes

Welcome to my site! My name is Sabina Lakusta: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Senior and Prenatal/Postpartum Exercise Specialist, Certified Health Coach, Birth and Postpartum Doula located in West Vancouver in beautiful B.C.

I support women to feel empowered by taking ownership of their health through times of transition such as in the perinatal period, menopausal and golden years and help them reconnect with what health truly means to them!

Training Approach

Much like Eka Pada Tadasana seen here (or one legged mountain yoga pose): grounded, balanced and reaching - I believe movement and exercise, for the pure joy of it in the here and now, can offer us the stability, strength, and inner and outer connection from which to balance the rest of our lives. I aim to collaborate with clients to connect with exercise in the best way possible for them for both health and joy.

Areas of Focus

I specialize in providing women’s tailored holistic health and life coaching, personal training, doula services and sleep coaching. Supporting women through the lifespan: teen/young adult, perinetal, perimenopausal/menopausal and ladies in their golden years!
